Bed and Mattresses
should be supportive and comfortable. It's difficult to get
deep, restful sleep on a bed that's too small,
too soft, too hard or too old.

Plan & Follow an
exercise regime to relieve tension but not before bedtime.

Stimulants i.e. tea
& coffee – the less the better, try to minimize them as they
interfere with falling asleep and prevents deep sleep.

Stop Smoking as
smoking hinders deep slumber and causes disruption.

Try avoid Drinking,
if not take moderate quantity as Drinking before bedtime
interrupts and fragments sleep.

Sleep in a cool,`
quiet, dark room on a comfortable, supportive mattresses and bed.
