• Early to bed ,early to rise is the mantra to healthy & wise body.

  • Plan a ritual prior to sleep each night it cures your body to settle down for the night.

  • Bed and Mattresses should be supportive and comfortable. It's difficult to get deep, restful sleep on a bed that's too small, too soft, too hard or too old.

  • Plan & Follow an exercise regime to relieve tension but not before bedtime.

 
  • Stimulants i.e. tea & coffee – the less the better, try to minimize them as they interfere with falling asleep and prevents deep sleep.

  • Stop Smoking as smoking hinders deep slumber and causes disruption.

  • Try avoid Drinking, if not take moderate quantity as Drinking before bedtime interrupts and fragments sleep.

  • Sleep in a cool,` quiet, dark room on a comfortable, supportive mattresses and bed.
